5 Power Cleans 50 kg / 10 bar-facing burpees
if you complete it in 3 minutes increase time on 3 additional minutes and do 3 rounds of
5 Power Cleans 70 kg / 10 bar-facing burpees
etc. (every time increase timelimit on 3 minutes and add 20 kg to barbell for Power Cleans)
Results is total count of reps.
