1. Sled 40 m with 35 lbs for each men and 25 lbs for each women
2. 15 Toes To Bar for each person
3. 10 Burpees for each person
4. Run 400 m with an object (on team it is 2 plates, 3 KB, 1 Dynamax ball)
After that:
Row 5000 m
Total time: 36:05 (best time over all groups)
