Today was my first training day after resolving problems with my knee.
WOD is:
5 RFT of 10 Deadlifts 110 kg / 40 m of farmer carry with 2 KB (1 KB = 32 kg)
Time: 7'25"83.
I'll hope that my performance will be significantly increased in few nearest months... Just want to be "the bad ass"
