Today was a first WOD after serious of special trainings, just to try to repeare my strength and funchional capabilities.
WOD: 
For time:
30 sit-ups / 15 squat cleans (45 kg); 24 / 12; 18 / 9; 12 / 6; 6 / 3
Time: 10'12"68

Good possibility to improve my squat clean technic
