I hoped the row time will be less than 1'45"0 and in best conditions less that 1'40"0... But you see the numbers :-(

Time: 11'39"65.
After 15th reps I understood that the first WOD killed me :-) Moreover today is a fifth day of training... I really need rest to recover my power...
