I had today two WODs:
First is:
"Stanky Leg":
1000m row / 20 Deadlift 100 kg / 100 air-squats.
Time: 10'03
It was difficult after legs training... I suppose, I can complete this WOD with 8 minutes maximum, without pain in legs.
Second one was:
3RFT of: 5 Hang Power Cleans, 10 Push Presses, 15 Deadlifts. (50 kg on barbell)
Time: 3'50"91
