I totaly dislike my GYM at spring... A lot of mans! It is upossible to complete your regular training program... 1 minute rest between sets? Phhh... Forget about it! So, I'm really thinking to change my training time from evening to middle of the day...

21-15-9 of Deadlift 102.5 kg / Box Jump 70 sm.
